 Jackets, Heat Transfers, and Patches are Non Refundable. We want to ensure that you have the best shopping experience with us, so please refer to our size chart to ensure your jacket size is correct before placing an order. Custom apparel is non Refundable

Apparel, Scrubs, and all other non personalized items not listed above can be exchanged. The items MUST BE in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging with receipt. Please contact us at: Scrubzlyfellc@gmail.com.

Damages & Issues

Your Satisfaction is our top priority! Upon delivery, we kindly request you inspect your order immediately. If you notice any defects, damages, wrong items, or missing items, please contact us within 72 hours. Our team will promptly evaluate the issue & make it right for you.

Shipping:

Due to All jackets and Apparel being personalized and hand made, orders are usually processed and shipped out in 7-9 Business days. All non Personalized items will ship next business day. 

Location & Shipping: 

We are based in USA. Canada and international orders will be shipped via USPS or UPS from the USA.

Duties & Taxes:

We would like to remind you that any duties and taxes charged by the courier company for international orders are the customers responsibility. 

Returns:

Returns are to be sent to 1900 Empire Blvd Suite 159 Webster, NY 14580. Customers are responsible for any return fees.
